Remembering Narragansett Park
It was a crowning moment at the Alpine Country Club when Christina Balletto,
Mrs. Rhode Island - America 2007, proudly handed over her state title and crown
to this year's winner Jacqueline Nardolillo.
Judges were tasked with a difficult undertaking as some of Rhode Island's most
accomplished married women competed for the title of Mrs. Rhode Island - America
2008 and the opportunity to vie for the national Mrs. America 2008 title later
this fall in Tucson Arizona.
The contestants, all uniquely extraordinary, showcased their leadership,
humanity, intelligence, and beauty - but only one woman walked away with the
crown - Jacqueline Nardolillo.
A resident of Greene, Nardolillo has been married to her husband Robert for 6
years.
They have 2 children, Rocco age 4 and Milania age 2.
She feels that the Mrs. Rhode Island America Competition was a great experience
and can not wait to work on preparing herself for the National Mrs. America
Competition in September.
Jacqueline feels she has found her sole mate and they work together as an
amazing team. She calls herself The CEO of her household. She feels winning
the title of Mrs . Rhode Island America will give her the opportunity to become a
role model for the women today in showing how to juggle being a great mom and
loving wife. Jacqueline is involved in the cancer society and the national food
bank. She loves cooking playing tennis, horseback riding and traveling."After many years of working in pageants, we feel confident that
Jacqueline
Nardolillo will be a great representative for the state of Rhode Island", said
State Director Elaine Paolo We know she will make us proud as she goes on to
